Customer ID Theft Message
Customer Identity Theft Warning

How can you fight identity theft?

Never provide personal financial information on the phone or internet, unless you have initiated the contact. The First National Bank of Proctor will not ask you for any private financial information or passwords over the phone or e-mail.

Review your account statements regularly to ensure all charges are correct. If your statements are interrupted or arrive later than usual, notify us immediately.

Report all suspicious contacts to the Federal Trade Commission through the internet at www.consumer.gov/idtheft, or by calling 1-877-IDTHEFT.

Dear Customers:

The First National Bank of Proctor strongly recommends that persons who have used their debit / check card or credit card at Target stores between November 27th and December 15th of 2013 to call for a replacement card.

The First National Bank of Proctor monitors our card system for potential compromised cards and will close any compromised cards along with notifying customers of suspicious transactions. We have not experienced any losses to this point, but we have reports of other Duluth area persons that had their information used for unauthorized transactions.

You can call us at 218-628-1088 for a new card. After business hours you can cancel your card by calling 1-800-535-8440.

Thank you and happy holidays from everyone at the First National Bank of Proctor.
